We are happy to give figures for the cost of work that you ask us to estimate for.  We do not usually charge for this unless there is a lot of work involved in producing them.  If you have a schedule of works for a particular project then we can quote you prices against it.

As an initial step for us to produce an estimate or quotation, we will need a copy of the Transfer Deed for the property, which shows its location and title-number.  Pictures of the property will also be an aid to location as addresses are often non-existant in rural areas. We may also need the keys to a property to do a proper evaluation.

When comparing quotations, please make sure that you are comparing like with like: an uninsured 'village builder', with no Project Manager to employ, and no responsibility for the finished work, will always be able to undercut those offering a more professional service.

Wherever possible, we would prefer to meet on site with you to discuss your needs.  We would also take the opportunity to show you examples of our work, and what we may achieve for you.
